## What the sample demonstrates
The 59.6-second example was recorded, edited, narrated with Standard Ada Multilingual, caption-corrected and exported at 1080p in work Clipchamp on October 7, 2026. Teams was already signed in. The notification page was reviewed without changing its settings. No employee-viewer permission test was performed.

## Build it in Clipchamp
1. Open the work-account link below and choose **Create video project**.
2. Choose **Record & create → Screen**, turn the microphone off, choose the Teams tab and turn tab audio off when adding narration later. Review the capture, then choose **Save and edit**.
3. Arrange the clips; trim edges, split mistakes and add a short heading from **Text**.
4. Choose **Record & create → Text to speech**. Select language and voice, paste one paragraph from the narration file, **Preview**, then **Save**. Align each audio clip with its action.
5. Open **Transcript & captions**. Generate and proofread the transcript, especially step numbers and product names. The transcript menu offers **Download as .srt**.
6. Choose **Export → 1080p**. Check **Store in the cloud** and its destination, then play the exported MP4.
7. Share the completed video with the intended audience. Keep project-editing access for maintainers. Test the actual viewing link before sending it.

Clipchamp Standard is included with eligible Microsoft 365 E5 and Office 365 E5 subscriptions when assigned and enabled. Premium features and tenant availability should be checked separately. The production tenant’s assigned SKU was not inspected.
